At Epigraph, we create immersive 3D and AR product experiences that drive e-commerce results. Our data pipeline spans internal dashboards, retailer analytics, and customer-owned platforms. We're looking for someone who can help bring order and insight to this complex stack—ensuring data is clean, accurate, and useful even when infrastructure is shared across multiple teams.
This is a remote opportunity with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
GA4, GTM, and Data Infrastructure
- Work across client-owned GA4 properties, GTM containers, and Looker dashboards.
- Troubleshoot inconsistent or incomplete data pipelines due to limited access and ownership.
- Build GTM templates that standardize event schemas and naming conventions.
- Validate GA4-to-BigQuery data flows and design lightweight diagnostics to catch broken events.
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and maintain internal dashboards (product engagement, conversion rates, SKU tracking).
- Create client-facing dashboards (retailer traffic, AR/3D performance, configurator usage).
- Support dynamic filters (brand, date, product type) and normalize metrics across sources.
3D CMS Integration Support
- Collaborate with developers to map analytics into our 3D content management system.
- Help track performance of 3D viewers, product tours, configurators, and AR features.
- Organize internal analytics documentation for platform clients.
Data Modeling & Analysis
- Track KPIs like AOV, active brand growth, and SKU churn.
- Monitor funnel performance and user behavior across multi-step configurators.
- Contribute to pricing model analysis and attribution mapping.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain internal event mapping documentation and dashboard instructions.
- Prepare client-friendly guides for GTM templates and analytics onboarding.
- Communicate clearly in Slack and async channels across teams.
Qualifications:
- Expert in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (including GTM templates and debugging).
- Strong SQL skills with BigQuery.
- Advanced experience with Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio).
- Strong command of Google Sheets (formulas, Apps Script, pivots).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Regex, and JSON for data manipulation in GTM.
- Comfortable working in multi-tenant data environments with partial access.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting analytics across both internal tools and client-facing systems.
This Role Might Be a Fit If You:
- Enjoy solving messy data problems across multiple systems.
- Like building dashboards that drive real product decisions.
- Can work independently and communicate clearly in async workflows.
- Want flexible part-time or contract-based work with a collaborative, growing team.
