Neighbor, a leader in sustainable outdoor furniture, has boosted conversions by 7x after empowering shoppers with Epigraph’s immersive 3D Configurator.
Selling modular furniture online presents a unique challenge — endless possibilities but complex shopping experiences. Neighbor’s catalog was no different.
With dozens of layout, fabric, and arm/leg combinations; customers struggled to visualize their perfect setup, which led to hesitation and dropped carts despite their strong interest in the product itself.
Epigraph worked closely with Neighbor’s design and product teams to translate modular logic into a real-time shopping experience. The output was an immersive 3D Configurator that showcased every combination of their product in photorealistic detail.
Starting with the Bluff Collection, and quickly expanding to more collections, here’s what was built:
