3D Artist
We are seeking a talented 3D Artist to produce high-quality renderings, visualizations, and animations for various projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D modeling, animation, and post-production techniques, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. You will simulate realistic materials and environments, working on both product and architectural visualizations. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Production and requires a growth mindset and a willingness to adapt as the company evolves.

We seek a 3D Artist for our Kansas City Metro area office!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models from scratch or using CAD.
- Apply textures and materials to 3D models to achieve photorealistic renderings of products and environments.
- Simulate various real-life materials for accurate visual representation.
- Set up and animate cameras to create animations of buildings and spaces for our Architectural Visualization clients.
- Create product and interior renderings and animations for a wide range of clients (from furniture to saunas).
- Produce 360 panoramas for immersive virtual experiences.
- Contribute during team critiques and collaborate with peers to help everyone deliver the best results possible.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, particularly 3ds Max.
- Strong knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Vantage).
- Knowledge of PBR workflows and realtime rendering.
- Experience with photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Expertise in textures, lighting, and materials in 3D environments.
- Proficiency in post-production software (Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D renderings and visualizations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A desire to learn and grow within the role and company.
